“We booked the tour through Viator but the guide had no record of my husband and I so we had to send over a copy of our tickets to someone on the phone which was not a great way to start. Enjoyed seeing the sights at night. We got very close to the White House which was really cool. The city is quite beautiful at night. Our guide could have been better, I always prefer tours where the guide is not just pointing out sights but telling some history and stories to engage you. “It was ok….the tour guide had an accent which was a little hard to understand - the tour website said water was available - it wasn’t free you had to buy it !! The bus also had signs inside saying no eating no water no gum - ironic he was selling water and on a 3hr tour you should be able to drink water and eat small snacks. The guide also peddled souvenirs which was unprofessional”
