“This tour was terrible and I’d like to request a full refund. We arrived and were told there were over 60 people for the tour so another guide was coming and we’d be split up. We were in one group to start and went to the Gadsby Tavern, we were brought in and immediately escorted out and told it was too crowded and we could come back on our own after the tour ended if we wanted. We then went to the Carlyle House. There was an event going on that the tour guide was unaware of so he told us normally we’d be taken inside but he could not…”
